One of the most important investments you will make in your home’s lifetime is a new roof. A roof protects your home from the elements and, if untreated, roof damage can create costly degradation to interior and exterior surfaces. A new roof can also improve your home’s appearance and add value to your most important asset.

Replacing your old tiled, iron or asbestos roof with a new Bluescope Steel, COLORBOND® or Zincalume® roof will provide security and peace of mind and, if you install insulation at the same time, you can significantly reduce your heating and cooling costs too.

Our installation process:

  1. Once you have called our team at Dapco, we will send one of our qualified roof technicians to your property for an inspection and to measure for a new COLORBOND® roof. This gives us an opportunity to answer your questions and understand exactly what is important to you. We will provide you with a booklet that includes the COLORBOND® colour charts and other important information about reroofing your home.
  2. Following this our roof technician hands your precise roof measurement and details to our estimating team where they put together the best price with NO hidden extras. This is sent to you via Email, fax or mail including photos of your roof.
  3. Once we have received your signed acceptance and colour selection we will call you to organise an install date. Then we are ready to order your new COLORBOND® or Zincalume® roof!
  4. Your existing roof is removed in manageable sections to ensure your home is left weatherproof and secure for the duration of the work. As added protection, we provide QBSA Home Warranty Insurance. A copy is sent to you by QBSA.

The roof sheeting we use is manufactured from COLORBOND® steel which is available in a range of 20 attractive colours and shapes. It is durable and strong as well being thermally efficient. We also install roof insulation to meet Australian Standards which will greatly add to your thermal efficiency. You may choose to have a Whirly Bird installed at the same time.
Our installation includes ridge capping valleys and any flashings that may be required. This is all completed and made water tight before our team leave your property. In most cases your old roof is off in the morning and your new one is on in the afternoon!
